FAAD Creations began with a humble backyard grill, where Francine and Antonio Davis cooked barbecue for friends and family. As their gatherings grew, they brought their homemade flavors to local events and markets. Their passion for authentic barbecue and warm hospitality has since made FAAD Creations a trusted choice for intimate gatherings and larger celebrations across Chicago’s south suburbs and Northwest Indiana, all while staying true to their values: real food, real people, and bringing folks together.

Antonio Davis
Antonio Davis, co-owner of FAAD Creations, brings years of hands-on barbecue experience to every event. From grilling and menu design to setup and customer care, he is closely involved in creating memorable catering experiences. With an Indiana Retail Food Establishment Permit and ServSafe Food Handler Certification, Antonio combines authentic homestyle flavors with a strong commitment to food safety, personal service, and community traditions.
